Habitat Veridis LAVAL

SIDEV is developing 3.5 million sq. ft. of land in Laval’s Auteuil area, which should result in over 1,800 housing units in the next 10 years.

This large-scale project offers a wide range of housing types, including single-family homes, semi-detached, townhouses and condominium buildings, featuring a range of architectural styles and suiting different budgets. Veridis offers quality construction in a residential area that’s immersed in nature.

The Veridis project will complement the new residential complexes in the Auteuil area. It will also enable René-Laennec Boulevard to be extended to Perron Avenue.

Altitude sur le Golf
