SIDEV will soon be developing 3.5 million square feet of land in the Auteuil sector, in Laval. Over the next five years, we are planning to build 800 housing units.

This large scale project, called the des Lacasse et des Perron Project, will be carried out in four phases: modest residential units, high-end residential units, as well as duplexes and triplexes.

The des Lacasse et des Perron Project is geared towards complementing the existing residential developments in the Auteuil sector. It will also pave the way for the extension of the René-Laennec Boulevard up to des Perron Avenue.
